Going On A Walk

Can you believe I have singed myself and daughter up for the Greenville Hospital Systems Swamp Trail 5k Run/Walk? I would have never thought one year ago, I would be able to walk three miles(I think 5k is three miles)? I will also be getting a t-shirt and I do not even know what size to get!

I love to walk(it's my think time) and since I had my weight loss surgery- I cannot get enough of it! I walk on my breaks at work and I will park my car far from the door when I go shopping. I feel like Forrest Gump-I could walk from one end of the country to the other. Maybe I will one day!

Hope everyone will have a great week-end!

Best
Tracy :)

Hello Sarah

It's going to take time to get the shape I want, but this walk is the start of many. I am very happy to share this exercise with my daughter and teach her the importance of staying healthy.

Congrats. on all your walking Tracy. Keep it up it will make a great difference.

Don't think Etsy would work for my cards. Most of the orders would probably be from the States and postage would counter any profits. I would also be under pressure to make cards rather than for pleasure.
